If you think you have left an item behind during a journey on our network, please complete the form with as much detail as you can and click submit.
This will connect directly with our lost property management software, NotLost. We will then check to see if the item has been found by our team, and get back to you as soon as possible via the registered email.
Note: Whilst we try and reunite owners and items we cannot store all items indefinitely. We donate/dispose of items after 90 days.
