Lost something on a Cunard Voyage?

If you believe you may have left an item behind during a trip on our cruises, please complete the form with as much detail as possible and click Submit. Make sure the date you register falls within the dates of your trip.

Your enquiry will be sent to our lost property management partner, CLPS, via its NotLost system. If there’s a match, we’ll contact you via the email address you provide to arrange its return.

Please be aware:

  • It can take several months for items to be sent to our lost property management partner, CLPS, due to the ship’s route.
  • For enquiries regarding luggage left behind, please contact the Cunard customer service team directly for assistance.
  • While we do our best to reunite guests with their lost items, we are unable to store all items indefinitely. Any unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after 90 days of reaching the CLPS warehouse.
