If you have lost an item during your stay or visit with us, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible.
All details will connect directly to our lost property management software, NotLost. Our team will be alerted to your enquiry, and if the item is found, you will receive a response from us via your registered email.
Note: While we try to reunite owners and items, we cannot store all items indefinitely. We donate/dispose of items after 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
